AI Car Parking Ltd manages parking environments on behalf of businesses, landowners and authorised site operators across commercial and managed parking locations.

  • registering a vehicle or permit
  • using any service provided by us

you agree to comply with these Terms and any parking conditions displayed on site signage or communicated in connection with the relevant parking location.

02. Definitions

“AI Car Parking Ltd”

Refers to AI Car Parking Ltd and authorised service providers acting on its behalf where applicable.

“Managed Parking Location”

Means any private, commercial or controlled parking environment managed, monitored or administered by AI Car Parking Ltd.

“Parking Charge Notice” or “PCN”

Means a parking charge issued where parking conditions, operational rules or authorised parking requirements have not been complied with.

“Parking Conditions”

Means the parking terms, operational restrictions and site-specific requirements displayed on signage or otherwise communicated for a managed parking location.

“Vehicle”

Means any vehicle entering, remaining within or using a managed parking location.

“You”

Means the driver, registered keeper, vehicle owner, permit holder, website user, appellant or person interacting with our services.

3. Website & Online Services

You must not:

  • submit false or misleading information
  • misuse online forms or payment systems
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • interfere with website functionality
  • introduce malicious software
  • misuse appeals or communication systems

AI Car Parking Ltd may update, suspend or restrict online services where reasonably necessary for:

4. Parking Conditions & Site Rules

Parking environments managed by AI Car Parking Ltd operate under site-specific parking conditions and operational controls.

Parking conditions may include:

  • maximum stay periods

  • customer-only parking
  • authorised vehicle access
  • no-return periods
  • loading restrictions
  • disabled bay conditions

Parking signage displayed throughout managed parking locations forms part of the contractual parking conditions applicable to the site.

Drivers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the parking conditions displayed throughout the location before leaving a vehicle on site.

Parking permission is conditional upon compliance with the displayed parking conditions and operational requirements.

Additional parking restrictions or operational requirements may apply at certain locations and will normally be communicated through site signage.

If you do not accept the displayed parking conditions, you must leave the location promptly and safely.

By entering, parking or remaining within a managed parking location, you agree to comply with the applicable parking conditions.

5. ANPR & Parking Monitoring

AI Car Parking Ltd may use:

  • timestamps
  • payment records
  • permit information
  • authorised vehicle lists
  • operational monitoring systems

for the purposes of:

  • managing parking operations
  • monitoring parking activity
  • calculating parking sessions
  • administering parking conditions
  • supporting operational enforcement
  • processing appeals
  • investigating parking events
  • issuing Parking Charge Notices where applicable

Parking session duration may be calculated using recorded entry and exit times representing the total time a vehicle remains within a managed parking location.

Operational consideration periods or grace periods may apply at certain locations in accordance with site requirements, operational procedures or applicable industry guidance where relevant.

6. Parking Charge Notices

A Parking Charge Notice may be issued where:

  • parking conditions are breached
  • payment requirements are not met
  • authorised parking conditions are not followed
  • a vehicle remains on site beyond permitted periods
  • permit requirements are not complied with
  • operational parking restrictions displayed on signage are breached

Parking Charge information may include:

  • payment deadlines
  • appeal procedures
  • discount periods
  • supporting evidence
  • online payment instructions

Drivers and registered keepers should respond to Parking Charge correspondence within the applicable timeframe.

Failure to respond may result in:

  • additional recovery procedures
  • debt recovery activity
  • legal proceedings being considered where appropriate

7. Payments

Payments must be completed using approved payment methods available through authorised payment systems or providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • vehicle registration details are entered correctly
  • payment references are accurate
  • contact information is correct
  • payments are submitted successfully

Incorrect vehicle registration details or inaccurate payment information may result in parking records not matching the relevant parking session.

A payment is not considered complete until successfully received and correctly allocated.

8. Appeals

Parking Charge appeals must be submitted using the official appeals process stated on the Parking Charge Notice or through our Appeals Portal.

Appeals should include:

  • Parking Charge reference number
  • vehicle registration number
  • supporting explanation
  • relevant supporting evidence

AI Car Parking Ltd may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess an appeal.

Appeal decisions will be communicated using the contact information provided or otherwise available within our operational records.

9. Permits & Authorized Vehicle Access

Where permit systems or authorised vehicle access controls apply:

  • vehicle details must be entered accurately
  • permit conditions must be followed
  • authorised access requirements must be complied with

Expired, incorrect, unauthorised or misused permits may result in a Parking Charge Notice being issued.

AI Car Parking Ltd may review, suspend or remove permits or authorised access where misuse, operational concerns or inaccurate information are identified.

10. Parking Availability

AI Car Parking Ltd does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces at managed parking locations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Parking conditions, operational restrictions and parking availability may vary between different locations.

11. Liability

Vehicles and personal property remain the responsibility of the driver or owner at all times.

AI Car Parking Ltd is not responsible for:

  • theft
  • loss
  • damage
  • vehicle incidents
  • personal injury

unless liability arises directly from negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded

12. Data Protection
